Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy outlines the terms for refunds on Arceus subscriptions. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

No refunds

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

3. Annual Subscriptions

14-day full refund guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. After the 14-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may still cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for an eligible annual subscription:

  1. Send an email to support@arceus.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include the email address associated with your Arceus account.
  3. Provide the approximate date of purchase.

We will process your refund request within 5 business days. The refund will be issued by Paddle to your original payment method, and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Free Tier

The Free tier does not require payment, so no refund policy applies. You may use the Free tier indefinitely with the daily usage limit.

6. Cancellation

Regardless of your subscription type, you can cancel at any time:

  • Go to your dashboard and click "Cancel" in the Billing section.
  • Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances, we may issue refunds or credits at our discretion, regardless of the above policies. Contact support@arceus.app if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.

8. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us at support@arceus.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We are committed to resolving any billing issues directly and promptly. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
